Our new General Manager in Omega 365 Australia, Emma Ireland, visited us in Norway for the first time recently. While she was here, she found the time (between meetings, handshakes, hikes, and boat trips) to chat to our Corporate Communications Manager, Lauren McPherson Simonsen, about her new role, her growing team, and her hopes to continue to infuse her business with a dose of the Norwegian work culture.
