A Christmas party they won't forget

Homeless children and orphans in Korosten, Ukraine, forgot their troubles and enjoyed a fun-filled Christmas party this year, thanks to everyone at Omega. 

Omega's Christmas donations continue to build a home for needy children in Korosten, but in doing so, we don't forget the children who are in need of a little Christmas cheer right now.

This year, the children at Olena's mother/child centre were invited to celebrate along with all of the orphaned children in the district. Over 105 children enjoyed music and received a Christmas gift bag containing chocolate, bananas, mandarines and toys - gifts from Omega! Sergiy Kovalchuk, one of Omega's contacts in Korosten was at the party.

'It was a really big celebration - the first time that the children could have such wonderful gifts.

'They all asked me to say a big thank you to everyone at Omega. Thank you for a fantastic party!!!'.
