Every month you can win sports-related equipment and training gear. The draw is made after Exercise Points are awarded in the middle of the month.

How do I enter?

You are automatically entered into the competition if you received Exercise Points in the previous month. You receive Exercise Points if you enter eight hours or more into your Exercise Log monthly.

How do I use the Exercise Log?

Your Exercise Log is accessed by clicking it in the Intranet menu in TeamDocuments. Today's date is selected by default, and marked with a red box. If you, for example, completed one hour of exercise today, click the second block from the bottom in the red rectangle. Any exercise in the last month can be registered the same way, just click the boxes (one block equals 1/2 hour) on the day(s) you exercised. The arrow on the sides of the calendar lets you navigate to other weeks than those currently displayed.

What is considered exercise?

Physical exercise is the performance of an activity in order to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health. The following are (a limited number of) examples of activities that you should register in your exercise log:

Running, basketball, football, bowling, hockey, rowing, handball, volleyball, squash, cycling, swimming, dancing, in-line skating, cross-country skiing, hiking, brisk walking, jogging, skipping, aerobics, yoga, pilates, petanque, kickboxing, weight training, tennis and downhill skiing.

Most any sports-related activity could be registered as exercise. However, if you are unsure if an activity should be registered in your exercise log, contact us for clarification.
