In need of more employees

Omega 365 Consulting is growing and searching for Department Managers to lead the recruitment of new consultants.

Omega 365 Consulting provides project personnel in a variety of sectors and professions. General Manager, Anders Lunde, stresses the need to expand.

“We are growing and are constantly involved in new projects. There is a lot of potential, so we need a bigger team to help us find qualified consultants who can take on those projects.”

Flexible workplace

The company will start by hiring one or two Department Managers, who will be in charge of recruiting project personnel and following up clients. The jobs have a flexible workplace arrangement; employees can choose to work from Stavanger, Bergen, Lysaker in Oslo, or our headquarters in Ølensvåg.

“The ability to be close to the action in our industries and in close to our clients is important. It’s exciting every time a client reaches out to tell us that our consultants are performing well,” says Lunde, and refers to the broad spectre of sectors Omega 365 Consulting provides consultants to, including oil and gas, construction, industrial, and the energy sector.

Omega 365 Consulting recruits administrative personnel, engineers, and managerial staff, in addition to IT personnel.

“Candidates don’t necessarily need to be familiar with all of these professions, but it is helpful if you have knowledge of one or more of them; this will make your job easier.”

Increased activity

Lunde says they are looking for candidates who get to know people easily and are skilled at network building.

“The relationship between yourself and the consultant is important, but so is the relationship between the consultant and the client. You need to enjoy seeing others succeed. The best way to promote ourselves and ensure that clients want to engage us again in the future, is to make sure that they are pleased with the services we provide,” says Lunde.

This year has been anything but normal, and that goes for this business as well. Last year started with us experiencing a huge downturn in March, but from August onward everything turned around for the better for our consultant business.
