Britahuset Nedstrand

Britahuset is located in the center of Nedstrand village. With a unique location, you can enjoy the private garden and boat on lovely summer evenings. Nedstrand offers many opportunities for all ages, with beautiful mountains, a climbing park, beach, sand volleyball, and a bocce ball court.

NB! No smoking. No pets.

Remember that the check-in is after 17:00 and check-out is at 12:00. If you are leaving on a Sunday and no one is booked after you, you may stay longer than the checkout time as cleaning services arrive on weekdays. Please clarify this with Omega 365 by sending an email to service@omega365.com or calling 5377 5377.

Bath

• The main bathroom is on the main floor. It has a toilet, shower, and sink. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available
• A bathroom upstairs with sink and toilet

Boat

Visitors are welcome to use the boat (14 foot 9.9 HP Pioneer with Yamaha outboard motor). You will find information regarding the boat in the cabin. Let service@omega365.com know if you want to use the boat during your stay. Rules for the use of recreational boats must be followed. Remember to always wear a life jacket when using the boat.

Life vests

There are a few life vests for adults available in the house, but we recommend bringing your own.

NB! Guests will need to bring their own life vests for children.

Book the sea house

The Seahouse can be booked for a single day or an entire week and must be left as you want to find it! It has an insulated part with heating and an outside part under the roof. If you wish to use the sea house by the pier, you must book it in advance. Send a message to service@omega365.com or call 9828 6931 if you want to book the sea house. We deduct 5,000 points per day for rental.

Shops and café

Close by the house, you will find two grocery shops with a wide selection of goods. (a traditional Landhandel). Café Nais is open most days in the summer (100 meters from house).

Directions

If you are coming from Stavanger, follow the European road north to the roundabout after Aksdal. Follow the sign towards Nedstrand until you reach the ferry dock.

On departure

• Our cleaners clean the apartment between guests. If they have to spend more than two hours, this extra cost will be charged to the employee.
• The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied and cleaned
• Please clean the stove and other surfaces in the kitchen
• Remember to close all windows
• Remember to lock the doors and put the key back into the key box
• Fill the gasoline tank for the boat after use, and use regular gas (95). Leave the tank and the oars in the boat
• If the boat is used for fishing, it must be washed/rinsed before departure
• Please dispose of garbage
• Remember to put the deadman’s handle for the boat on the hanger by the main door of the house
