New Department Manager, Britt-May Stene Løtvedt

Omega Project Services is pleased to announce the arrival of a new member to its team. Britt-May Stene Løtvedt from Vikebygd has moved from Administration, where she has worked since joining Omega in March 2004, joining us in the Kiwi building as Department Manager for the new Project Services Department, 2e. Aud-Oddny Tvinnereim and Aslaug Nesheim have taken over Britt-May's responsibilities in Administration.

Project Services is responsible for the employment and welfare of project consultants. To do this job effectively and provide a high standard of service to all our consultants Omega has a policy of limiting the number of employees in each department to 30. At the moment Project Services employs 130 consultants and this figure is set to increase, so Britt-May's move is perfectly timed to cater for these new arrivals.

Omega's Network

By using their personal networks to recommend high quality candidates Omega's employees have contributed greatly in our ability to meet the demands of our clients. The last 12 months has seen a dramatic rise in the number of consultants employed by Omega and this trend is set to continue into 2006.

Therefore, we are as open as ever to receiving your recommendations. If you know anyone who might be available or interested in any of our advertised positions please do not hesitate to contact your Department Leader.

All current vacancies are posted on our website www.omega.no or can be viewed in the team document BLOG "Ledige Stillinger" (Client Positions).

Project Diaries

Omega's project diaries provide an insight into the working lives of consultants in Omega's many locations and assist in maintaining our team-based culture, despite geographical distance.

Omega's Intranet magazine Panorama is seeking contributors. If you would like to write something (in Norwegian or English) about your project - it can be a diary or simply an article then we would like to hear from you. We are particularly interested in contributions from Melkøya.
