Omega's new frame agreement with Statoil

Omega is delighted to announce that we have been successful in securing a new frame agreement with Statoil. Please find below the press release announcing this achievement.

Omega, Ølensvåg, Monday 19 June: Omega AS will today sign a new frame agreement with Statoil regarding the delivery of project management, procurement and project control systems. The frame agreement has a term of four years, with an option for a one-year extension. In regard to previous frame agreements, this agreement with Omega has been expanded to apply to procurement services.

Chief Executive Officer, Petter Aalvik, commends his co-workers at Omega for their work during the last frame agreement, which has lead to renewed trust.

“This indicates that we are heading in the right direction. The new agreement makes it possible for Omega to continue its focus on skills and personnel within a number of disciplines,” Aalvik says.

In total, Omega today employs 350 employees, of whom approximately 150 are currently involved in the delivery of services to Statoil.

Omega AS is a leading provider of project control systems and services for project implementation.

Omega's head office is located in Ølensvåg in the Vindafjord municipal, with branches in Stavanger and Porsgrunn. In addition the company has a permanent presence in the USA, Canada, Germany, Lithuania, the Middle East and Asia.
