The webinar will include an introduction to Pims’ new, web-based documentation platform, YouTube channel, and invite participants to see Pims presentations from clients and Omega product owners.
Participants will also hear interesting Pims stories from a selection of our Omega offices around the world, as well as the latest news regarding products and technology. As our Pims team says; welcome to 45 minutes of pure Pims happiness!

Svein Tore will welcome participants with news from Pims and Omega. He will also introduce us to the new Pims User Community and show us a teaser of the Pims video presentations, filmed in cooperation with our clients.
2. Pims stories from around the world
Houston Office
Øyvind Vik, President, Omega PS Solutions USA
Shane Butt, Vice President, Business Development Enterprise Systems (Omega PS Solutions USA)
Amanda Colon, Capital Project Function IT Operations Lead, Chevron
Øyvind Vik will introduce the Omega office in Houston. Shane Butt will then invite participants into the Pims implementation project at Chevron, where the Chevron team has completed approximately 35 deployments of Pims products to Chevron projects around the world over the past six months.
Calgary Office
Kenneth Steinsvik, CEO, Omega Project Solutions Canada
Kenneth will share his experience in implementing and supporting a $10 Billion USD pipeline project in Canada where the client has implemented Pims Document Control, Pims Cost, Pims Risk, and Pims Workflow products.
Copenhagen Office
Ståle Håheim, Manager, Omega PS Denmark
Ståle is ready to talk to us about renewable energy and Copenhagen Offshore Partner’s (COP) Offshore Wind JV projects across the globe. An Omega client since 2018, COP is continuing to expand their business relationship with us with the implementation of additional Pims modules to new projects.
Perth Office
Trevor Laffrey, Manager, Omega PS Australia
Trevor provides, maintains, and supports Pims solutions for various industries including mining, renewables, and energy (oil and gas). In the webinar, he will present two Pims solutions that are used by one of the largest iron ore producers in Australia. The Pims solution has contributed to the efficient execution of projects, by helping secure the lowest cost per ton production in the country.
3. Pims news
Roger Arnesen, Chief Product Officer – Construction
Johnny Vik is responsible for the energy sector and coordinates Pims between our international offices. Roger Arnesen is responsible for the construction and infrastructure industry and focuses largely on the Norwegian market. Johnny and Roger will provide the latest updates regarding Pims products and their respective markets.
4. Technology update and webinar wrap-up
Jan Christian will provide an overview of Pims Management Center, an application that provides diagnostic and performance statistics from all of Omega's Pims installations, before Svein Tore wraps up the webinar.
