Omega IT consulting is focused on recruiting, training and delivering skilled IT personnel to Omega’s clients. Our IT consulting personnel support clients in projects and with the implementation of Omega’s project management tool, Pims.  

Cloud technology 

Omega is a Microsoft partner, and we help our clients utilize Azure services. We have developed a platform on Azure that serves all Pims clients. We can assist with advising and consultancy services across all services on Microsoft Azure. 

Solutions / Development 

We often have overall responsibility for projects and can also assist clients with their digitization processes. We develop solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Appframe, Omega’s own framework for software development, depending on clients' wants and needs. We offer specialized competency within many areas; Microsoft Azure, web, Windows, mobile development, development of mission-critical applications, globally distributed database solutions and treatment of big data and artificial intelligence. 

Project management and consulting 

We offer tailored methods and tools to create better connections between the company’s business strategy, goals setting and IT priorities. The foundation for this lies in an executive IT strategy and documentation that describe IT deliveries on the right level for management. We have developed a set of services and methods to cater for this need. 

Business intelligence and analytics  

We offer development and administration services of analytics solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Pims and Office 365 – Power BI. Building on 25 years of experience from the industry, we offer a solid competency in treatment of data, and supply experts in this field within most sectors.

Many independent contractors choose Omega for frame agreements due to the steady stream of new assignments, the stimulating work environment and the service level provided. In Omega, we have used our software development skills on internal processes in order to drive up efficiency. Therefore, Omega provides administration at low mark-ups, so that you can maximize earnings from the rate clients are being invoiced at. Omega adheres to an open book policy which means an open rate break down structure, giving you full visibility into what Omega charges for services. 

Consultant suppliers 

We cooperate with consultant suppliers to serve larger frame agreements and a broader range of competencies; win-win arrangements that position us for larger deliveries than what we would otherwise take on alone. As consultant supplier to Omega, you will get access to the alliance portal that provides assignment requests as soon as issued by a client (no delay), intuitive functionality for nomination of candidates, and an efficient channel for information and communication. You may also choose to purchase other services from Omega such as background screening, 24/7 emergency response, or other items that help consultant suppliers and clients securing a delivery according to clients' requirements.
